Term & Condition

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by DELTA CODES (“Company”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including pricing, billing cycles, and methods of payment, will be specified in the service agreement or contract. The client agrees to make timely payments for the services rendered by the Company.

3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with the services provided by the Company, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are the exclusive property of the Company. The client may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any copyrighted materials without the prior written consent of the Company.

4. Confidentiality
Both the Company and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information shared during the course of the business relationship. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, proprietary information, and client data.

5. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or any actions or omissions related to the services provided. The client agrees that the Company’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate the services by providing written notice to the other party. The client agrees to pay for any services rendered up to the termination date, and any outstanding fees or obligations must be settled within a specified timeframe.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
